At Elevated Threads, we focus on delivering premium-quality T-shirts with a smooth and transparent shipping experience across India.

 

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Orders placed after 6:00 PM IST are processed the next business day.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

 

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within India.

 

Delivery Timelines may varies anywhere between 03 to 15 business days based on the delivery location. Probable Delivery Timelines are as below:

Metro Cities: 5-10 business days

Remote / Rural Areas: 5–15 business days

 

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout.

 

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD orders may require verification.

COD may be disabled for high-value orders, repeat cancellations, or select pin codes.

 

Order Tracking

Tracking details are shared via email or SMS after dispatch.

 

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Additional charges may apply for re-dispatch due to incorrect or incomplete address.

 

Return to Origin (RTO)

Orders returned due to refusal, unavailability, or incorrect address are treated as fulfilled.

 

Delays & Force Majeure

Delays due to natural calamities, government actions, or courier disruptions are not our liability.
